Solution
Collaborating with the Hire team in San Francisco, we designed and developed the site as a comprehensive breakdown of the product across the entire recruitment process. We forged a robust UX that structured the numerous product features making the content easily digestible and with the support of playful animations, the feature benefits were understandable at a glance. Throughout we created a series of iterative prototypes and sent them in to user testing then, using the data, we fully refined and harmoised the experience. Since launch, Hire has been featured on; Forbes, Fortune and TechCrunch.
Role
I was the lead designer working directly with the San Francisco team from initial UX discussions all the way through to completion and overlooking all aspects of the project including; wire-framing, content selection and animation direction.
Brief
A web build to introduce Hire, Google's first venture into the human resource industry and to clearly communicate the customer benefits of the complex and multi-faceted product.

Solution
At Toaster, we began by analysing what it means to work at Google. We discovered that an overwhelming curiosity combined with a will to solve major problems were core to potential Nooglers. This was later refined to the line "Bring Questions. Build Answers." On the back of this we created a fully responsive website that gave users a deep-dive into work life at Google, showing them what each office was up to and directing them to relevant open positions structured around a flexible grid that worked on screen sizes.
Role
Participated in a workshop with the client to kick-start the project, then continued to work closely with the project lead to design the website across various devices to completion.
Brief
